Is this a statutory or awarding board?
This is a private educational publication. It does not award qualifications, accredit institutes, recognise awards, determine examination eligibility or imply statutory authority.
Can I enrol or receive a certificate here?
No. The site provides readings and private writing aids. Actual admission, teaching, assessment and certificates remain with the responsible provider.
Does BPE rank or approve courses?
No. The readings help frame questions and distinguish sources, claims and unanswered points. No provider rankings, recommendations or approvals are supplied.
READING & ITS PURPOSE
Are reading routes an approved curriculum?
No. They are suggestions for moving through this collection around a particular question. Actual curriculum, prerequisites and progression remain with the responsible provider.
Do the photographs show BPE learners or premises?
No. They are independently sourced illustrations with original source pages, creators and individual licence links.
Can I propose educational work?
Yes. Prepare a proposal with its intended reader, original references, actual authorship and permission context. Acceptance and publication need separate operator review.

Are notes saved or uploaded?
Drafts remain in page memory and disappear on navigation or reload. Explicit download creates a local JSON file and print uses the browser. No upload or local-storage record is created.
Does a course comparison decide which provider to choose?
No. It organises your source information and outstanding questions without a score or recommendation. It does not determine suitability or admit a learner.
How is an enquiry sent?
Review the copy, open it in your own email application and choose whether to send. The website does not send automatically.
